Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager of Learning and Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for our employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in instructional design, training delivery, and performance management. You will work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
Key responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, creating training materials, coordinating with external training providers, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
