Job Description
Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in terms of products selection, pricing, and delivery schedules. Coordinating with the inventory management team to check product availability and reserve stock for orders. Liaising with Third party logistics to organize the dispatch and delivery of orders, optimizing for cost and efficiency. Developing databases to track product shipment information. Providing customer support at all times. To handle DIO management.
- Graduate of any Engineering course
- With good interpersonal skills
- Must have good organizational skills and can communicate in a multi-level setting
- Responsible and mature person
- Fresh graduates with good academic standing are encouraged to apply
Successful candidates will be provided with overseas training (2-4 weeks) to help transition into the role subject to relevant company policy. Career advancement and promotion with corresponding salary adjustment based on solid performance and contribution to the company.
