Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our team as a City Coordinator for Region 12. The successful candidate must own a motorcycle for efficient intra-region mobility and a mobile phone for seamless communication. This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations within the city and fostering strong relationships with our driver partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations in the city, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, addressing their concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
  3. Engage with drivers on a regular basis to foster a positive working relationship and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  4. Coordinate with other departments to resolve any operational issues or challenges that may arise.
  5. Conduct regular visits to monitor city operations and meet with drivers.
  6. Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.
  7. Provide regular reports on city operations and driver engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
  • Must own a motorcycle and a mobile phone.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Previous experience in operations or a similar role is preferred.
