Job Description
- Must have 1-2 yrs experience working with Citrix
- Must be familiar with Citrix Storefront, Delivery Controller, Director, Studio, and license server.
- Windows Active Directory User account management
- Must have previous experience running Windows PowerShell and cmd commands
- Must have experience on Windows Server Patching and OS level troubleshooting
- ITIL background
- Can do 5 days RTO, open for a shifting schedule, and open weekend work.
