Job Description:
- To oversee Accounting personnel in managed properties, ensuring timely financial reports delivery.
- Provide accounting assistance to Property Managers and Clients.
- Ensure accurate monthly disbursement and financial reports.
- Assist in audits, financial reporting, and client inquiries.
- Prepare collection letters, audit schedules, and more.
- Facilitate transitions and turnover processes for clients.
Qualifications:
- BS Accountancy Graduate, preferably a licensed CPA.
- 2-3 years experience in Financial Statement, General Accounting, and Audit.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Can work independently with excellent communication abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
