Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Caseware Service Delivery Consultant to join our team. As a Caseware expert, you will be responsible for providing support, training, and guidance to clients on utilizing Caseware software effectively.
Your primary duties will include conducting system implementations, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in accounting, proficiency in Caseware software, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
