Job Description
- Ensuring the department is properly organized and equipped
- Aligning department’s role with company’s strategic plans
- Reporting design projects status to management
- Identifying and considering risks associated with the department
- Providing direction in training, goal setting, and personnel development
- Mentoring department leaders
- Requesting design specialty contractors
- Implementing department’s quality standard
- Accountable for design project execution
- Preparing department’s annual budget
- Performing other related tasks assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Php100,00.00 – Php160,00.00 per month
Benefits: Promotion to permanent employee
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary, Overtime pay
