Job Description
We are currently seeking a driven and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Assistant with Sales Experience. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and sales support.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. You will also provide product recommendations and assistance in making purchasing decisions to maximize sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
To qualify for this position, you must have:
