Job Description
Supports Compliance Officer in handling regulatory permits and licenses (LGU, PEZA, DENR, BIR, DAR, LLDA, RD, etc.);
Coordinate with Local Government Units and other National Agencies/Units regarding the acquisition of necessary permits for the company to do business;
Handles land conversion and titling;
Provides database for the company’s vehicle registrations;
Report to Compliance Officer regarding the status of compliance;
Monitors and verifies transactions made to appropriate agencies;
Draft memos, affidavits, and other correspondence needed for permit acquisition; and
Perform related tasks that may be assigned by the Compliance Officer and Compliance Manager.
