Job Description
Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Expertise in HR strategy development and execution.
- The ability to collaborate closely with Business Leaders and other HR Business Partners to drive people and talent strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Has a minimum of 10 years of HR experience.
- Demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading change management initiatives.
- Developing strategic programs in collaboration with business leaders to enhance organizational value.
You will collaborate with:
- HR Director and fellow HR Business Partners within the Center of Excellence.
- HR Experts and Process Managers based in Europe.
- Key Business Leaders across the organization.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php200,00.00 per month
