Job Description
Responsible for providing professional, efficient, and effective communication to meet customer needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
- Ensure customers receive accurate, prompt assistance.
- Create a positive first impression.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns.
- Create an engaging work environment.
- Deliver an exceptional experience.
- Answer the phone and direct customers to the correct department.
- Communicate with callers and visitors professionally.
- Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s/College Degree (Preferably HRM-related courses)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Permanent/full-time position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Location: BGC Taguig City.
