Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works closely with the Body and Paint Service Consultant in dealing with all the required documents pertaining to Body and Paint (BP) accident repairs under insurance claim.
- Coordinates with insurance company to ensure all requirements concerning BP insurance claims are submitted completely and in order to guarantee immediate release of LOA.
- Monitors BP repair status and progress to ensure repair completions are on time and vehicle releases are according to committed schedule.
- Closely coordinates with counterpart to minimize job delays & stoppages, immediate transfer of repaired units, and help ensures that BP repair continuously operates at maximum capacity.
- Monitors ETA and arrival of BP backorder parts.
- Coordinates with Parts warehouse in arranging parts deliveries to BP repair shop.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the service reception supervisor / section head from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree / College Level and with basic automotive technical knowledge is an advantage
- At least 1-2 years of experience, preferably in an automotive BP operation
- Knowledgeable in SAP
- Has excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer service attitude
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Willingness to work in BGC Taguig City
