Job Description
The Area Operations Control Officer primarily acts as branch support for controls and universal branch reliever. She/He is responsible and accountable for supervising the day-to-day branch operations service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors and ensures adherence of Branches to set internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Administers control methods to improve branch operational condition and banking practices.
- Assist in implementing new processes for optimal customer service.
- Acts as Risk Coordinator for assigned branches.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business-related course.
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Bank Operations and Controls.
- Willing to work in Angeles City.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with overtime and holidays.
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary.
