Job Description
Our client, a member of MultiFamily Solutions, is seeking a Collection Specialist to join their team. Responsibilities include maintaining customer files, handling collection calls, and resolving payment issues. Requirements include experience in collections, good communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Benefits include HMO, Life Insurance, 20 PTO credits, and a monthly salary range of Php31,00.00 – Php35,00.00. Full-time position with an evening shift schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer files and perform regular checks on accounts
- Handle collection calls, Notices of Intent, and more
- Resolve payment issues, post payments, and assist in disputes
- Prepare and track departmental metrics
Requirements:
- Experience in Collections
- Good communication and negotiating skills
