Job Description
- Interviewing, hiring, and training cooks and kitchen staff.
- Planning and supervising tasks by food preparation team.
- Ensuring health and safety of the food team.
- Planning menus and ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Keeping up with culinary trends and menu incorporation.
- Developing recipes and dish presentation.
- Ordering food, supplies, and maintaining inventory.
- Dealing with suppliers and equipment checks.
- Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
- Complying with health and safety regulations.
