Job Description
- Make daily collection calls
- Respond to basic client inquiries and other clerical tasks related to accounts receivable records
- Prepare customer statements, bills and invoices
- Identify and execute necessary process adjustments
- Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, and reconciling with the back office
- Monitoring of Accounts receivable aging and chasing overdue accounts
- Sorting financial information/documents and posting them to the proper accounts
- Responsible for General Ledger
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments as per management requirements
