Job Description
About the Assignment:
The role will focus on two things:
- Ensuring that the reception area of the Driver Center runs smoothly.
- To work closely with Operations team to ensure Drivers issues are resolved in a timely manner.
The Core Objectives:
- Strong understanding of 2W, 3W & 4W related protocols to ensure regulatory and industry practices are followed and continuously improved.
- Attends inquiries from drivers/riders and assigns appropriate ticketing.
- Assist with administrative tasks and end-to-end driver onboarding process.
- Any other duties delegated by the team.
Essential Experience / Criteria:
- Familiarity with data tools and G Suite.
- Customer service or any related frontline role.
- Community management experience.
Engagement – 6 mos. initial
Job Type: Full-time
