Job Description
As an HR Advisor at CWT, you will provide guidance and support on various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, training, policy implementation, and performance management. Collaboration with employees and management is key to maintaining a positive work environment and effectively addressing HR issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting across all levels of the organization.
We seek a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of HR experience. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is preferred.
