Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Observe personal hygiene, wear PPE, and practice food safety standards.
- Handle and operate electric-dishwashing machine following standard procedures.
- Report any malfunctions observed on the machine.
- Clean and sanitize dining utensils/equipment and keep in a designated area.
- Refill and change soap solutions as prescribed.
- Ensure proper dilution and use of detergent and sanitizing solutions.
- Conduct daily inventory of utensils and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work station.
- Ensure the availability of clean utensils/equipment.
- Pat dry flatware, glassware, etc., and clean garbage bins using hot water.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas and manage trash disposal.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php479.00 per day
