Job Description
With a vision to provide communities with a complete shopping experience, SM introduced its first Hypermarket branch in Sucat in 2001. Currently operating with 54 stores across Metro Manila, North Luzon, South Luzon, and Visayas, SM Hypermarket is dedicated to delivering complete food shopping services to more Filipino communities.
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Assistant to join our team. This role will focus on supporting all IT-related programs and providing troubleshooting assistance for PCs to ensure smooth operations across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to IT support tickets and resolve problems promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to implement IT initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- Knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware components.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, particularly with PCs.
- Familiarity with network protocols and systems administration.
