Job Description
Remote Employee BPO has an outstanding opportunity for you!
Role: Estimator
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 7 a.m to 4 p.m, Philippine time
Work Setup: Work from Office (WFO)
Responsibilities:
- Use our software (Buildxact) to perform Plaster, Hebel and Insulation Take offs specific to the way we are currently doing
- Prepare Quotes for approval
- Prepare Material Order Forms from Take-offs for approval
- Prepare Subcontractor Purchase orders from Take-offs for approval
- Set up jobs and attach all relevant information in Scheduling software (Baseapp)
- Create Job files for each job done in drop box and include all relevant information, and attachments.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Plaster, Hebel or Insulation would be Highly Favorable
- Good English
- Punctual
- Has initiative
- Able to read and understand plans and elevations
- Attention to detail is a MUST
