Job Description
- Check goods to be weighed.
- Check and mark sales tag with its kilos and tubs.
- Ensure that tag is signed by the creditor. Duplicate copy must be given to producer.
- Validate sales tag and issue receipt.
- Prepare and balance actual collection.
- Issue Deposit Slip on cash/check collection.
- Payment to producer thru cash collection.
- Monitoring of AR payments and due accounts.
- Collect payments for tubs deposit.
- Prepares own scorecard, weekly performance, update and feedback, if needed.
- All cash shortage/over must be reported and justified with documentation.
- Alteration/Cancellation of OR is strictly prohibited unless approved by Supervisor/Head.
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by superior.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Willing to work in Davao Fishport Complex
