Job Description:
The position involves inventory management, planning, issuing, maintenance, and control of materials and equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Production Manager for Work Orders initiation.
- Maintain, follow up, and ensure control of Work Orders, verifying signature blocks.
- Plan and forecast materials needed daily or weekly.
- Initiate Purchase Order list for approval.
- Issue production material, supplies, and equipment.
- Conduct weekly inventory counts of supplies and ensure equipment maintenance.
- Prevent pilferage and waste; prepare monthly reports.
