The Guidance Services Associate will assist the coordinator in conducting activities for students, program implementation, and managing inventory and logistics.
- Manages inventory and logistics for guidance programs.
- Prepares and maintains guidance program records and databases.
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assists with office operations and special events.
- Ensures adherence to data privacy regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Guidance Director.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of related work experience.
