Job Description
Positioned at the nexus of technology and the capital markets, Nasdaq is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join their team. The role involves collaborating with product management and operations teams to improve data quality, analyze financial data for insights, and ensure data accuracy. Responsibilities also include database administration, data issue troubleshooting, and analyzing large datasets. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related fields is preferred, with at least two years of relevant experience. Candidates need a strong understanding of the financial services industry, communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to work night shifts and occasional office visits is a requirement.
