Job Description
Join the team at Okada Manila, Asia’s premier gaming and entertainment destination! We are currently looking for a Host in Casino Marketing to be a part of our dynamic and innovative team.
Okada Manila, known as “Manila’s Grand Icon,” is a 5-star property that offers exceptional service and world-class facilities.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Facilitate daily membership sign-up process
- Update patron’s account information
- Upsell Rewards Collection items
- Process redemption of Rewards Collection items
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferably graduate in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Business Administration
Experience Requirement:
- At least 1 year experience in hospitality or gaming industry
- Sales and Marketing experience is an advantage
Other Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Knowledge in Nihongo, Cantonese, or Mandarin is a plus
- Interpersonal skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible working schedule
