Job Description
Professionally interact with customers and respond to specific requests in accordance with process rules. While providing customer support, pay close attention to the needs of the customer and show empathy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Basic web navigation skills
- Willing to start immediately.
