Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Open to fresh grads with recruitment experience.
- Previous work experience preferred.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes.
- Strong communication skills.
- Hybrid setup: Onsite 2-3 times per week.
- Project-based employment with potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
- Screening applications and coordinating interviews.
- Maintaining applicant tracking systems.
- Providing administrative support to the team.
- Assisting in onboarding new hires.
