Caldwell Communications is actively seeking candidates to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
- Match customers’ needs with Clients’ offerings.
- Negotiate effectively to address objections and secure customer satisfaction.
- Share relevant information with clients and team members.
