Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation structures and incentive programs.
- Conduct market research for competitive practices.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance.
- Develop policies, maintain compliance, and analyze data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in compensation and benefits or HR.
- Knowledge of practices, regulations, and trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
