Job Description
We are currently seeking a Remote Receptionist with experience working in either optometry or veterinary settings. As a Remote Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to clients.
Key responsibilities include managing client inquiries, maintaining patient records, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
