Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking candidates to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call whenever possible.
- Match customers’ demands with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections.
- Share information with internal and external clients.
