Job Description
Job Description:
- Responsible for the growth of branch sales through dealer recruitment.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with dealers.
- Conducting fieldwork to widen their network of dealers.
- Conducting in-store training programs and strategizing with the team in promoting products.
- Coaching existing dealers on dealer group management.
- Collaborating with Happy Customer Supervisor in resolving dealer concerns.
Qualifications:
- Vocational diploma, short course certificate, or bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1 year work experience in direct selling, retailing, or telco.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and people management is an advantage.
- Must be willing to undergo a six-week management training program.
- Customer-oriented, Sales-driven, and highly motivated individual.
- Passion for travel or field work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
