Job Description
Snapscale is currently hiring a Spanish & English Speaking Healthcare Virtual Assistant for a medical clinic in the USA. The role involves handling various tasks such as answering calls, scheduling/re-scheduling appointments, managing patient information in the EMR (Electronic Medical Records), verifying insurance and processing prior authorizations, and collecting balances.
Hours: Monday-Friday: 8 am – 4:30 pm EST (onsite in one of our offices in Davao or Cebu; or remote)
Salary: PHP 43,00-45,00 per month (salary based on experience)
Requirements:
- Medical/HVA experience
- Prior experience with insurance verification/pre-authorization (preferred)
- Attention to detail
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills
- Very organized
- Must be happy and helpful by nature
- HIPAA certified (training provided)
