Job Description
POSITION – SERVICE ADMIN
- Performs data entry and clerical tasks in the service department.
- Organizes the office and optimizes processes.
- Creates and updates records accurately.
- Manages communications effectively.
- Provides excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Assists in scheduling Service Technicians and Helpers.
- Handles other HR-related tasks as needed.
