Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate for the position of Regional MERL Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning activities across the region.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing M&E frameworks, conducting data analysis, and providing recommendations for program improvement. The Regional MERL Officer will also collaborate with partners to strengthen data collection and reporting systems.
The successful candidate should have a strong background in research methods, data analysis, and M&E best practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment are essential.
