Qualifications:
- Active directory

- Microsoft 365
- FILIPINO CITIZENS ONLY (CAN SPEAK GERMAN LANGUAGE)
KEY RESULTS AREAS/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help Desk Support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot MS Office Applications and PC Operating Systems
- Basic troubleshooting of PC and network environments
- Respond promptly to customer queries via various channels
- Administrative
- Close tickets upon resolution
- Maintain daily monitoring of service deliverables
- Teamwork
- Ensure 24 x 7 service coverage
- Timely turnover of activities to team members
- Learning and Development
- Expand knowledge on business processes and IT
- Stay updated on relevant technology and system information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php70,00.00 – Php75,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Rotation of Afternoon, Day, and Evening shifts
- Shift system in place
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
