Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and resolve issues.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST BE A COLLEGE GRADUATE. NO BPO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
- FOR 2ND YEAR COLLEGE UNDERGRAD WITH AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF BPO OR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- WILLING TO START ASAP.
