Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities following schedules and quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and lead production team to meet targets.
- Monitor processes, adjust schedules for productivity, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with quality control to maintain product quality.
- Maintain inventory, troubleshoot issues, and enforce SOPs.
- Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food production supervision.
- In-depth knowledge of production procedures, leadership, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
- Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mexico, Pampanga: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
