Job Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop or oversee the production of training materials.
• Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule sessions.
• Conduct evaluations and monitor employee performance.
• Deliver training courses and monitor costs against budgets.
• May perform quality monitoring as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ months of training experience.
• Location preference: Davao sites.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Show initiative, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills.
• Experience with interactive learning activities.
• Effective time management and no prior disciplinary actions.

Preferred Qualifications (Having any one of these is a plus)

• Training Certification.
• Trainer experience in a BPO setup.

Job Type: Full-time; NIGHT SHIFT IN A BPO ON-SITE SETTING

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php37,00.00 per month
