Job Description
Qualifications:
- Board Passer
- With background in Corporate setting
- Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
- Will be assigned at Ortigas Ave., Mandaluyong City
- Can start immediately
Responsibilities:
- Prepares legal documents for legal proceedings;
- Evaluates contracts for vendors and subcontractors;
- Protects the company against legal risks and violations;
- Examine legal issues within the company;
- Guides the management on regulatory and compliance issues and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
