Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Good project management skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards
- Knowledge of administrative, clerical both written and oral with staff at all levels
- The ability to make effective decisions under pressure
- The ability to work on deadlines
Experience: At least 3 years work experience in a food manufacturing company
Education: College graduate or equivalent
Certification/Licenses and Training: Food Safety Training
