Job Description
Branch Management Assistant is responsible for supporting the management and operation of the Local Branch Admin Office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure branch office compliance with SMDC policies and regulations.
- Handle company assets and supplies reporting.
- Address client and seller concerns through SAM (Buyer’s Portal).
- Manage CTS receiving and dispatch.
- Update BMS manual accurately and timely.
- Record and dispatch Contract-to-Sell documents.
- Process Post-Dated-Checks efficiently.
- Prepare monthly reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Finance or Customer Relations degree holder.
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and internet navigation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Location: SMDC Cheerful Mabalacat Pampanga.
