Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Officer to join our dynamic team in the Ground Support Equipment & Tooling department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination for all activities related to the maintenance and distribution of ground support equipment and tooling.
The role will involve managing inventory, preparing reports, coordinating equipment inspections, and liaising with various departments to ensure smooth operations. The Admin Officer will also assist in scheduling maintenance activities, tracking equipment utilization, and maintaining accurate records.
Excellent organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential for this position. Prior experience in administrative support roles, particularly in the aviation or engineering industry, will be advantageous.
