Job Description
QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate of BS Psychology or any related course
- 1-2 yrs. experience in related field
- Can work independently
- With bubbly personality
- Social Media Savvy
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create job postings and advertisements on online media.
- Pool, screen, and shortlist applicants.
- Create a database of applicants for exam, interview, and pooling purposes.
- Contact applicants regarding schedules of exams and interviews.
- Create a virtual report regarding applicants sourced and status of applications.
- Conduct full end-to-end process of recruitment
