Company Description: Valor Global is a global leader in providing extraordinary customer experiences with headquarters in Arizona. They are seeking a Team Leader (Telco) for their office in Taguig.
Role Description: The role involves leading a team to meet KPIs, coaching, and implementing process improvements. The candidate will create a positive work environment and support team goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year Telco program management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; call center tools knowledge preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php37,00.00 – Php42,00.00 per month
