Job Description
The People Site Operations Specialist will assist in effective implementation of activities and programs related to planning, organizing, implementing and controlling staffing, placement, compensation, benefits and administrative activities associated with acquiring talents for various plant positions.
- Graduate of Psychology or any Business-related courses
- With excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Analytical and Planning skills
- At least 2 years of work experience, preferably as HR Generalist
