Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing IT assets;
- Manage IT tickets (Incidents, service requests, changes, etc.);
- Provide technical support;
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues;
- Monitor network performance – Monitor server performance;
- Monitor security events.
Job Requirements:
- At least Senior High School graduate with skills or background related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field;
- Must be enrolled in an internship program;
- Has good communication skills;
- Can report onsite daily (Ortigas);
- Willing to manage IT assets (delivery, retrieval, deployment, etc. Going up and down the building);
- Punctual – Willing to start ASAP.
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
