Job Description
As a Welfare & Benefits Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing employee welfare programs and benefits at our organization. Your main duties include developing and implementing policies related to employee benefits, such as healthcare, retirement plans, and other perks.
You will also be in charge of ensuring compliance with government regulations regarding employee welfare and benefits programs. Additionally, you will handle employee inquiries related to benefits and assist in resolving any issues that may arise.
