Job Description
Responsible for developing actionable solutions and strategies in areas related to preventing and resolving employee issues, managing Employee Programs, Employee Services, and Relations in alignment with the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
- Manage employee relations and support positive employer-employee relationships.
- Organize diverse employee activities such as sports tournaments, company events, CSR programs, and more.
